Privacy
What TMB Development collects through this website, what happens to it, and what we don't do.
The short version
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and carries no advertising or tracking of any kind. Nothing about your visit is recorded by us, and no third party is sent anything when a page loads. The only information we receive is what you type into the enquiry form and choose to send.
Who we are
TMB Development develops residential property in Singapore. We are responsible for the personal data described here, and you can reach us at enquiries@tmbdevelopment.com.
What we collect
One thing: the enquiry form. When you send it we receive your name, your email address, the subject you picked from the list, your message, and the time it arrived. Nothing else is gathered, and there are no hidden fields beyond a single empty one used to catch automated submissions — it is never shown to you and anything typed into it is discarded.
We use that information to answer you. It is not added to a marketing list, not sold, not shared with anyone outside the people at TMB Development who need it to reply, and not used to build a profile of you.
What we don’t collect
- No cookies. The site writes nothing to your browser — no cookies, no local storage, no session storage. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to. (Our own staff are the one exception: signing in to TMB’s internal pages leaves a single cookie that tells the site to show them a link back. Visitors are never given it.)
- No analytics. No page-view counting, no heatmaps, no session recording, no A/B testing, no attribution tags.
- No third-party requests. The typefaces, the images, the 3D models and the scripts are all served from this site. Loading a page tells nobody but our own host that you were here.
- No advertising. No pixels, no remarketing, no data sold or shared for anyone else’s advertising.
Our host’s records
Like any website, this one is served by a hosting provider that keeps ordinary technical records of requests — typically an IP address, a timestamp, the page requested and the browser’s user-agent string. These exist to run and secure the service. We do not use them to identify visitors and we do not combine them with anything else.
The WhatsApp button is a plain link, not an embedded widget. Nothing is loaded from WhatsApp while you are on this site, and pressing it is the first time anyone there knows you were here. Once a conversation starts, it runs on WhatsApp under their terms and privacy policy, and we can see the phone number you message us from. We use it to reply.
Links to other sites
Where we link to press coverage or to the people we work with, those are other people’s sites with their own privacy practices. This notice stops at our edge.
How long we keep an enquiry
For as long as it takes to deal with what you asked about, and for as long afterwards as we are required to keep business records. When neither applies any more, it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act you may ask what personal data we hold about you and how it has been used, ask us to correct anything that is wrong, and withdraw your consent to our using it. Write to enquiries@tmbdevelopment.com and we will respond. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer answer an open enquiry.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled a request, you can raise it with the Personal Data Protection Commission of Singapore.
Changes
If this notice changes, the revised version appears here and the review date below changes with it. Material changes to what we collect will be described rather than quietly folded in.
