The people who design and build with us.

TMB develops. The regulated design work is carried out by registered practices — and we name them.

Who does what. You deal with one party. TMB deals with everyone else.

INTERIOR

One group, one accountable party. TMB develops the land and carries the project. KAPA designs and builds it, and Boloni makes what goes inside — so the people below answer to one party rather than to you.

The architects and designers. The people who draw the houses.
