Legal
Terms covering the use of this website, and what the material on it is and isn't.
Who runs this site
This site is published by TMB Development, a property developer in Singapore. Using it means accepting what follows. Questions go to enquiries@tmbdevelopment.com.
What the material here is
Everything on this site is published to describe TMB Development’s work in general terms. It is not an offer, not an invitation to treat, and forms no part of any contract. Nothing here should be relied on as the basis of a decision to buy, sell or invest.
Renders, plans, models, dimensions, materials, finishes, landscaping and programme dates are indicative. They describe a design intent and are subject to change, to the approvals of the relevant authorities, and to what is found once work begins.
Where a figure is stated it is the best information we have at the time of publication. Anything that matters to you should be confirmed with us in writing before you act on it.
The 3D models
The 3D models on the development pages show a design intent. They are simplified for the web: planting is reduced, detail is approximate, and they are not to scale for measurement. They are not surveys, contract drawings or an offer, and the layouts, finishes and landscaping they show may change.
TMB Development accepts no liability for any loss arising from reliance on a model. Anything shown in one that matters to you should be confirmed with us in writing.
The models, and the designs they show, belong to TMB Development or to the architects we work with. They are provided to be viewed on this site and for no other purpose. You may not download, extract, copy, convert, reverse-engineer or reuse them, in whole or in part, without our written permission.
Accuracy
We take reasonable care over what we publish and correct mistakes when we find them, but we do not warrant that the site is complete, current or error-free, and we may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.
What belongs to whom
The text, photographs, renders, drawings, models and design of this site belong to TMB Development or to the architects, visualisers and photographers we work with, and are used here with their permission. You may read, print and share pages for your own non-commercial use. Beyond that, please ask before reproducing anything.
Quoting a short passage from the Journal, with a link to the page it came from, is welcome. Republishing articles, photographs, renders, drawings or the 3D models — in whole or in substantial part, on another website, in print, or in a collection of data — is not, without our written permission. Where material is copied without it, we will ask for it to be removed, and if need be ask the site’s host to remove it.
Names, marks and mastheads belonging to other organisations — the practices we work with, and the publications that have written about us — remain theirs, and appear here to identify them and nothing more.
Links to other sites
We link to press coverage and to the people we work with. We do not control those sites, and a link is not an endorsement of everything on them.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, TMB Development is not liable for any loss arising from the use of this site or from reliance on anything published here. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from this site, are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction.
Colophon

All are served from this site rather than from a font service. It is built with Next.js and React, the models are drawn with three.js, and those are used under the MIT licence.
Privacy
What this site collects, and the rather short list of what it does not, is set out in the privacy notice.
